"Great place to stay in the city "

"Very welcoming and friendly staff. I’ve stayed in a few 5 star hotels in London and Canopy hotel has had the most friendly, kind and welcoming staff so far which really stood out to us. Room service was very quick in this hotel as well, as I’ve had to call room service several times for cutlery after waiting half an hour in different hotels. Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great! Getting to the parking was slightly difficult as there’s no signs, but staff...

"My stay was good. All you need for good sleep and transportation. However, I stayed for 4 night and the temperature controlled just worked on my last night of staying plus my WiFi in my room didn’t work so I will need to share with the room next to me. Also they won’t clean your room if you book less than 5 nights so that’s a little not what I expected. You can still asking for fresh towel though. This hotel is good and budget friendly. "

"The hotel was in a great spot and perfect at weekends as the City is quiet, but restaurants and bars are open (not all but enough). SkyGarden (highly recommend) is within 10 mins walk and Aldgate tube station is about 200 yards away. Service is great and the executive room we had was just perfect, Wonderful breakfast as well"

"I've stayed at Wombat's many times when visiting London for work, as it's just near my office... I've always been very satisfied with this place... It's fairly new, it's clean and comfortable, and the rooms are modern... The bathrooms are always great and the showers are nice and hot... The only thing I did not give Wombat's 5 stars on was "comfort", because sometimes the heaters in the rooms can be too hot, and it's difficult to get to sleep... Anyway, that would be my only complaint about...

"Leman House was a great little hotel in a central part of London. You get what you pay for in terms of the cost. If you just need a small room and don't want to break the bank, this is definitely your place. The only main drawback was the size of the bathroom which was quite, quite small. But if you don't mind that, then this place will more than tick the box."

"staff are very rude during check in. I had an altercation with three front desk staff . Instead of the deescalating the situation the three of them engaged me. Even when i left the registration counter, two of them followed me at the lobby where i sat down and continue to confront me. Place not recommenrd And should be out of Expedia. "
