"We had a fantastic stay at Elounda Palm. The room was very nice with a big bed and plenty of room and good shower facilities. The swimming pool and bar area’s were very nice and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was of good quality with wide variety. The hotel as a whole was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. We got breakfast and dinner but then nowhere to buy anything for lunch and they charge you for water from the bar/kitchen. "Nice hotel, on the sea front. There is a nice swimming pool with salt water. The room we stayed was a grand suite on the top floor. The view from the room balcony is perfect deep blue and relaxing. "hey went above and beyond- I asked for an airport pickup but they are 4 hours from Heraklion- so they offered to pick me up from bus station at Sitia instead. Little did I know that tthey were an hour return away from the bus station- and their bus broke down. Rather than have me wait they had a taxi greet me at the bus station to take me back- which would’ve cost them an absolute fortune. And they charged me nothing.
