The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "It has been awesome!!! It's a wonderful holiday park with a lot of funny activities for the kids and for adults as well. Food was excellent, room properly cleaned everyday and the shows in the night were incredible. I have been also lucky because I'm a cyclist, I brought my bike with me and the same week Albatros hosted the I CAN TRIATHLON summer camp and I could ride with them. "This is a beautiful little family run hotel on a side street off a lovely shopping area in Foggia, Italy. The rooms are on the second level and there is no elevator, but they are spotlessly clean and have good air conditioning and a nice airy feeling. The beds are very comfortable and the staff was warm and friendly but only spoke Italian. I brought my 82 year old Italian mother and she adored the staff. They made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire nine days we were there. The location...
