"We were given wrong information about opening time of the airport. As we were carrying medical equipment and insulin pump which meant we could not go through the scanner we caused a huge line up at security. I asked how we could have prevented this. They told me we needed to get there much earlier. Your front office lady did not know that the airport opened at 4:30am. She told us 5:30am. We could have saved a lot of anxiety for us and frustration for airport staff if we got there earlier. "

"The accommodation was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel is also in good order and I love the old worldly feel. What I didn’t like was lack of staff particularly at breakfast. Also the continental breakfast was just cereal, tinned fruit and three choices of bread. No fruit bread. I also had to ask for skim milk. When I did ask though the staff were very obliging. Also mushrooms couldn’t be ordered on toast. The garden also needs attention. A lot of this...
