"This is a beautiful little boutique hotel with plenty of charm. Location is right at Sterling Point. No restaurant attached to the hotel but a 20 min trip into Invercargill gives you plenty of options to eat. Check-in was seem less, room was very comfortable with a lovely selection of tea’s. "

"We were advised we had been upgraded to a larger unit which was ideal for our family situation. The heating was on so the unit was so cosy. The owners went the extra mile by placing cardboard on our car window to prevent the frost taking hold overnight. What great service and very thoughtful. "
