"The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. "From the moment we arrived, the Praha team was so kind. We had been on the night train, so we were very early to check in. They allowed us to sleep in the spa for a couple hours and then our rooms were ready! When we checked out, they kept our bags for us all day and when we returned to fetch them, they sent us off with goodie bags with water, fruit and yogurt! Such good, genuine people- made the stay so nice."
