"The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "

It is not 3*, could be max 2,5* Broken shower - which they fixed it after 3 days we asked, in a sink water did not go down, no heating and we get around with wet skiing boots. They found solution for 1 night to dry them up in other room. And for last 2 night we had heating in our room. Room was clean. But most interesting part starts before last night. In the morning before we have to run to ski bus they informed us that...

"I enjoyed my stay. Incredible value. I had a smallish single room which had everything I needed. Breakfast was also included and good breakfast buffet. No parking so one has to purchase the public car park which was EUR 35 for 3 days. 4 mins walk from hotel."
