"This was our third time staying here to visit family nearby. All our stays have been pleasant without issues. The staff has always been nice and helpful. It is a unique hotel built around a factory which is cool. The accommodations are basic but get the job done. There are plenty of places to eat or get a drink nearby and a couple markets/food stores within easy walking distance. "Only difficulty was finding somewhere to park if arriving late. Do a bit of research (unlike me!). The nearby Saint Dennis car park is closed for entry after 2300 or something. Theres another car park a 5 min walk away (Neujean) which is 24hr - also has charging points. Staff was very accommodating for my late arrival with clear instructions for collecting the key (not 24hr desk)."

"At two occasions, I sent emails to the property asking simple questions, such as whether I'd need an extension cord to hook up my CPAP machine. Although I wrote in perfect French, on both occasions, my e-mails were ignored. I found this so rude, I almost cancelled my reservation for another property. I'm glad I didn't, because the property is pleasant and quiet, and their superior rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfasts are decent (I was offered scrambled eggs the 2nd, but not the first day)....
