We could not fault him, I just wish we had asked his name to add his name to this review, he was on duty every day we were staying at the hotel. "It was further away from the centre than we thought, our mistake. Imagine a rather rundown motel room desperately in need of an upgrade! It was very bijou but had everything we needed for a short stay: comfortable bed, a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, a clean bathroom. We were only staying to do a quick sightseeing of the area before moving on, so we didn't need much!"

"Stayed here overnight as we had tickets for the RC Lens football match. The hotel couldn't be better placed for the stadium. Literally across the stadium car park - which for myself with limited mobility was perfect. Though as a side note, the stadium seating is very steep, and was very difficult for me. "As a pit stop after a long day's drive this hotel delivers the expected functional accomdation with secure parking, good wifi, a reasonable restaurant and convenient access from the Autoroute. As such it's good value, to the point we've stayed a few times. The town centre is just over a half hour's walk."

"We have stayed at this hotel before when visiting the near by war graves. the hotel is in an excellent position for the center of Arras. But this hotel is a bit dated and could do with modernization. The breakfast is a bit plain and not as good as it was with the previous owners."
