"We stayed two nights. The room was good. Parking was pretty limited. The breakfast was horrible. We barely ate the first morning, went elsewhere the next day. "

"The staff are amazing and really take their time to help you out. The location is perfect to enjoy the Riverwalk. We were able to checkin early too. Otherwise they were going to hold out luggage for us if they didn't have a room ready."

"Check in was a breeze however the valet was my only complaint having to park and carry luggage was a pain and waiting for ride to room was different and notso much liked, however everything else was great. O the shower was alittle difficult to get working.. but all in all it was a quick nice stay. Thank you"

In fact, all of the staff we encountered were very friendly! However, in our room we found a non- operational air conditioner that had to be replaced while we waited.
