"Great place to stay on our trip to visit Colmar and other regional Christmas markets. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant upon arrival for an amazing meal. Our room was modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable (I might be too tall for the shower though). No issues except on one instance we detected cigarette smoke from possibly an adjacent room. "When arriving after a long journey I was met by a smile and a really service minded front desk guy, Serge! It is not often you are met with this welcoming. The location of the hotel is good and close to many things."

"If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay"
