"Very basic rooms. Misrepresented on Google maps and in hotel booking sites. Certainly not 3*, possibly not even 1* Would possibly have been reasonable value at 1/3 the price. No safe in room. No mention at reception. When I asked, I was told he would put things in his room but there is no safe! Little space to hang things. Only one hanger. Pillows are as hard as bricks. Shower is weak and luke warm. Sink tap drips constantly and sink leaks. Noisy fairground over the other side of the river, so...

"We have booked for 2 rooms but your centre sent one room information to the resort. The staff person incharge Of the counter served us with bad and not politely manner to us. Bad experience."

"The view was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. The issue was with the room. There was a powerful odour coming from the bathroom drains and the shower head was broken, so that it would only stay at bellybutton level. Also be aware, if you’re staying in H2 or its neighbouring suite, you’ll have the open air dining room over you. A little bit noisy if you’d like to sleep in."

"It was a great place except it is so far away from the town centre. If you are visiting just for a few days, it is inconvenient as you will either hire a motor bike or pay daily transport each time you want something from the shops. It is not a distance you can walk especially if you have been out drinking."

"The place is right in middle of the town. However, there was no on-site parking for a car. We had to park our a car about a block away."
