"We visited Sao Paulo on our way to Rio. It is a very big and very modern city, and we are happy we stopped there. This hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable, in a central location with good restaurants around the area. Brazil streets can be a bit rough, and the hotel staff advised on safety precautions, and helped us to get our first night's dinner in Brazil. There is a Metro station nearby, which is a safe and convenient way to travel around the city"

"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made...
