"All staff were very helpful and friendly when requests were made. Hotel public areas and rooms were very clean and the room was well fitted out. The booking process for breakfasts could have been better explained by possibly an information sheet in the room, similarly tea / coffee facilities in the room would be a welcome addition. Minor issues that never spoiled our stay but worth mentioning. Would stay at Hotel Giotto again and recommend to others. "
