"Had a very pleasant stay. Udair the receptionist was extremely helpful and professional. The room was great. "

"Great location to reach all the city centre. We only stayed one night to visit the Crucible theatre and Christmas market and this was a great spot to stay. We parked in the park and ride and got the tram to just outside the hotel. Staff were lovely, our room was comfortable but the window was faulty so we had to have a member of staff come force it shut. They did offer for us to move room if we wanted but it wasn't necessary. I would stay here again."

"Stayed one night after visiting the illuminations which were amazing. Room was really clean, smelt lovely plenty of towels/toiletries in bathroom. Tea coffee ect provided also a fridge and safe were in the room. Paid for breakfast loads of choices something for everyone well presented "

"Really close to Sheffield arena it is just a bed and bathroom with a cheap tv no tea coffee making facilities in the room . Light was broken in the toilet reported it twice do I hope anyone in room 121 will now have a working light"

I was deligheted to speak with Jonathan a Manager in reception who listened to my positive feedback. A huge bonus for me was finding a Peloton bike in the workout room, I am informed that Hilton has an agreement with them (Peloton) across all Hotels. I will definately stay here again for either businesss or leisure, an amazing experience... Thank you "
