"Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. "Clean and spacious. Excellent food in the restaurant. Beds were fine, but the pillows are very thin and there were no extra pillows for more neck support. Breakfast 630-930 and checkout at 1000 is quite early I think, would have been nice if we could eat and leave an hour later."
