"Our stay at The Cranberry Moon Inn was fantastic. This B&B was convenient located in Bala, which allowed for us to enjoy a variety of winter activities in the area. The B&B was beautifully finished. You really can see the thought that was put into how it was planned and decorated. The owners, Kim and Doug, were excellent hosts. They really catered to our every need. "

It’s close to some nice family activities - tree top trekking, horseback riding and I understand there are skiing options nearby in winter. A highlight for me was that it was walking distance to the Vettä Nordic spa. Dining in the area was a bit limited, but I was able to order Uber Eats when I wanted it (from Barrie). "When we were arrived, we were greeted by the owner who was cleaning our parking spot of the snow. Super friendly and wonderful check-in. The room was very quaint and clean (other than a bone under the bed). All was wonderful, other than there were very minimal receptacles, but we travel with enough cords to deal with our CPAP and Laptop. The Wi-Fi for the laptop kept dropping out, but other than that, we will most certainly stay again. "

"Host was fantastic,Great communication! Location was super close to horseshoe valley and provided a great indoor/outdoor pool for the kids. The rooms were super clean and provided lots of towels, pillows and other household supplies. Onsite washer dryer is a huge bonus. We will definitely be back next year!!"
