"We got a warm friendly welcome on reception. Room was clean and smell fresh. All was good, except we got lots of noise, banging and walking from the room above. This was probably due to poor sound proofing. I will score this hotel 4.5 stars out of 5."

"The elevator is broken and there’s no idea of when that will be fixed. The tv in my room had lines going through the screen and the phone to my room didn’t work. Room 316."
