"This hotel is located in the center of jonker street. The staff are friendly. Private carpark at the back. Plenty of choices for food. I booked 3 adult, amd the room said king bed only. It is a bit misleading as we still need to pay for additional mattress. The room also with window but it is frosted and cannot be opened. Paints are peeling in many areas. No lift as well."

"I overnight in this (ELMARK HOTEL MELAKA) for 2 nights. The second night was a nightmare to me. I'm so disappointed due to the electrical door lock spoilt, and i can't acess it. I have to wait more than 12 hours and there is no proper arrangements for me (my belongings are inside my room). The hotel staff told me about the master key with the hotel owner, and he is in another state now. I called the hotel owner, he didn't fix the issue on the spot..He asked me to wait him for another day to open...

"pool are not open, so paying for room with room+pool charge are expensive. Trying to call before booking but not pick up. very dissappointed because the main objective are to bring the kids to the "hotel" and playing pools."
