"Their service stood out. Always ready to assist and accomodate. Housekeeping needs to do beater. Daily room cleaning is inconsistent. Towels were a hit and missed. On some days the room was immaculately cleaned and tidied up while on other days it looked like a rushed job."

"Deluxe room that we stayed in on 13 floor was spacious enough for 2 people and had nice river views of Kuching, also walk in shower But the wifi was non existent ( who wants to sit in the foyer to get a signal!!!) "

"The level of hygiene is low, especially in the toilet area. lack of facilities in the toilet and the walls and doors are not repaired properly. the cleanliness of the toilet floor is not scrubbed as clean as possible. no place to hang towels and clothes."

"First off, it would appear that the owner of the apartment matters…as our apartment was lacking greatly in many areas, while other family members stayed in a tremendously better apartment in the same complex. "Second time we stayed at this wonderful place. Everything was perfect and location was close the mall and local food. The staff were also excellent and special mention to Ms Olivia at the front desk."

"Our room was not available for unclear reasons upon arrival. Sketchy and passive aggressive management. A cash damage deposit was required at check in without prior notice. A paper receipt omitted the deposit amount. A 48 hour wait for confirmation of a change was responded to only after Expedia intervention. Caveat emptor!"

"Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel."
