"As no-one else was staying at the hotel that night, the warm breakfast buffet was non-existing. A shame as a few days before that, when we were also staying there, the breakfast was actually really nice. Otherwise the hotel is great."

Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

"Very close to the airport and though they can arrange their own taxi for pick up and drop off if you need, I was easily able to book a Grab taxi for myself from the airport to the hotel. My room was super clean and spacious. There were no issues with hot water. My room rate also included a simple but freshly made breakfast which was great! There is not much at the walking distance around the hotel but grab taxis are easily available to go anywhere you need. In short, if you need a comfortable...

"There was Ants in my room. Area around did not much to choose from as far as food. Mosquitos in the patio area. Probably wont stay here again if given the choice."

"I extended my stay from 7 days to 10 days. I think it's pretty obvious I enjoyed my stay. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay like induction cooker, rice cooker, and washing machine. The gym is more than adequate. I used it quite often when I was there. No complaints. :)"

"we told them that we would arrive at 11pm at the airport and that we would need a pick up from their hotel. they agreed but did not show up. also they gave our room to someone else and made us stay at a different hotel far lower quality without our consent and it wasnt clean. overall, disappointment at their level if service.
