"Lovely twin room modern decor and bathroom, looking to re book for next year would recommend."

"I arrived early but was able to access my room straight away. I was initially told that my room still had to be paid for but I had prepaid. This was resolved quickly however. The hotel is conveniently located on a regular bus route and I took the opportunity to visit Blaenau Ffestiniog 20 minutes away. The evening meal was excellent with plenty of choice on the menu. My room was fine and extremely comfortable. Some slight traffic noise as it was at the front of the property."

Very un-green: no double glazing anywhere I saw. Room cleaning skimpy - glass shelf over sink always left unwiped, tea provisions not topped up adequately, bath not wiped round. "Great location. Greeted well and shown to the room. Place is relaxing and set in a great spot with loads of places to walk. Village is small but has enough places to eat and drink. Service levels at the hotel were great. "

With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished.
