"It started with a bad surprise, for which I would blame Hotels.com as they showed pictures of the Mahoora tents, but booked us in the Big Game tent… a lower standard. Once that issue was cleared, we truely enjoyed our stay… the Mahoora tent is amazing, in a stunning environment. Service is great, candle dinner is amazing… and the safari organization was perfect."

"We got to the hotel they didn’t have our booking and the hotel was fully booked out so we had to find another place to stay at 730pm at night with a 4 month old baby "

"This is not about the lodge but about hotel.com. I have already told them I was viewing hotels not to book however they charged my CC which I have already deleted from website I did not stay at lodge, the booking was a mistake but the lodge or hotel.com refused to remedy this situation "

"Cheap but a shambles. Poor service, most service have very poor English (one young guy is best for organising everything). Cold water in shower, lots of mosquitos and bugs. Restaurant has good food but lots of mosquitos - a few other restaurants in area and easy to get around on a bicycle."
