"A lovely place to stay with views to die for. The rooms were large and comfy, thought he mattress seemed a bit old. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good quality for a good price. Walking distance to the train station and a few nice pubs too. "

"Swift and easy check-in. The family room had two bedrooms which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Could have done with a rubber bath mat but found out later we could have asked for one. Similarly de-caff tea and coffee I guess. Very un-green: no double glazing anywhere I saw. Room cleaning skimpy - glass shelf over sink always left unwiped, tea provisions not topped up adequately, bath not wiped round.
