"It’s a decommissioned cruise ship, so its a fun and unique place to stay. The location is not good due it being located on a mile long peninsula. Staff was helpful and friendly enough with the exception of the bar staff during the day. We waited at a bar side table 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged, so we went and sat at the bar and left after 10 minutes since it was apparent we were not getting served. "We've stayed at a lot of hotels, this one was one of the better ones! Really comfortable bed, and great bathroom with an incredible rainfall showerhead. Lovely and quiet area with plenty of great places to eat and a supermarket close by as well. Really easy to get to via the trams. The room was perhaps a tad on the small size, bit it didn't bother us at all. Would very happily stay here again!"

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "I was there this Feb. The hotel is absolutely great. However, their staff consists of (what seems) college students. They are very friendly and kind, but not trained in the hotel industry."
