"Been staying here on and off for a little while. Staff are fantastic. Rooms are always clean and comfy. Could do with a full redecoration as looking very tired. The walls are a bit paper thin so can hear people talking and using the toilet next door. Also the large communal doors make an extremely loud thud which isnt pleasant when trying to sleep and people dont have much consideration for others allowing them to slam. Overall a perfect place for the price. Also free Gym, not that i use it. "

"The services from Rebecca, the manager and other receptionist lady were great and thank you so much for the upgraded room which is greatly appreciated. The hotel is generally very good especially in the restaurant and reception areas and although the rooms were a bit dated they were clean. The location is 15 mins walk to the centre and there were lots of free parking at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good but the sausage was poor quality! I would return on my next visit to Derby.
