"Our only complaint is the shuttle service to the casino. We were offered a complimentary ride and pick up to go back to the hotel. We were told we had until 11pm for pick up. We called for our ride back at 1045 and we told the driver had already left for the night. We had to find another way back to the hotel. "

"The people who work the front desk are awesome, i forgot my watch 3 weeks ago called them, they held it for three weeks until i returned! "
