"We stayed 2 nights while attending a family wedding. The hotel is old but very clean. It could do with an update in some areas especially the showers in the rooms. That said we had a warm comfortable stay and would stay again. The breakfast was fine could have been hotter but plenty choice. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were great and attended to any request promptly. Another plus is that there is plenty parking and a lift if you find stairs difficult. "

"My review would have been 5 star except for the heating in the bedroom. This is centrally controlled and we had to ask reception to turn it on. To be fair they did this immediately, but you can't adjust it in your room so it went from too cold to too hot!"

"This is a budget hotel and is a good example of that. The small room was fine for the price. The double bed was very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was really good. So for the price you pay it is what is expected. Unfortunately, there is one downside, the staff need to be more welcoming.
