"Our family had an excellent experience at the property. On the first day, our 4 year old fell off a bike and injured himself. My wife had to accompany him in the ambulance to the hospital. The hotel sent a vehicle to retrieve the bike, and had a driver follow to the hospital. Afterwards, they sent a taxi to transport us back to the hotel without charge. The wooden bungalows are basic but clean and pretty well equipped, including air conditioning, (Thai only) TV, and decent internet connectivity.
