"The motel's AV system is confusing and difficult to use. The same goes with AC system. The jaccuzi tub was not functional at stay. Management should look into how to make it's facility more user friendly. "

Room is pretty spacious however it is not elderly and pregnant lady friendly as you have to climb into the bathtub to take a shower and the bathtub is pretty high which is quite dangerous for the elderly and pregnant lady. The toilet door is also kind of translucent so not advisable for non-couple travellers."

The hotel representative shifted the blame to us and claimed that we misunderstood as we had booked a room for 3 pax ( window room but the window was sealed and blocked) when the pic shown was a room for 4. However, he agreed to upgrade us for a day and subsequently downgrade us to a no window room the next day. We believed the beds were filthy as we had many bites and rashes after the first night.
