"The room was comfy and lovely and warm. Getting something to eat after 9pm was appreciated. Breakfast was a nightmare due to so many customers. What I normally eat when away was not quite available ( porridge in a pot for me to sort out to eat, and did not come ready hot and a shortage of condiments. "

"Fire alarm went off about 12.15? No problem somebody did not shut the door when having a shower !! Nice to know the alarm works lol hotel . Com showed breakfast included but hotel said not ? But did provide the free breakfast Stay here every time I visit never had a bad stay,new restaurant layout very nice "

"We arrived just after 10pm to be told there was no longer any food options, despite reception being manned 24 hrs. The rooms we were allocated were in a block being refurbished, so were met by scaffolding and floor protection as soon as we were inside. Room was comfy but felt in need of talc and the bed was very good. Breakfast was superb although the chef wasn’t exactly welcoming."

"It wasn’t a bad stay upon entering the lift it was smelling of cigarettes. The carpets in the room are due for changing but overrall , it was a good stay, staffs were ever smiling and friendly. "

"You are booking here probably because you need to attend a ceremony nearby, so perfectly fine for a short stay. It has a certain kind of familiarity to it. No air-con but we were here in November so not a problem at all. 30 or so spots of parking, no lift to 2nd floor, no complaints. "

"Rooms were very good with great beds etc the 1 thing that put us back was the £50 per room deposit (as business travellers we had 2 separate rooms making it £100 they put on hold from your bank) you do get the money back after on average a week and I would stay here again if working in the area "
