"The room is big but there is nothing : no iron,no fridge , even not a bottle of water if offered,no trash in the room except in the bathroom. Beside that it was a normal room. I would have like to have a smart tv but it is ok. Breakfast is ok,there is a large different option. Staff is friendly and kind"

"Very quiet, but a bit of an adventure to get to room. Had to switch elevators to get to room on 4th floor, which was a bit of a hassle, and the place is obviously a number of buildings put together, so a bit of a maze as well. That said, room are quiet and beds comfortable. A bit longer walk from train station than I expected, but do-able. All in all, would stay here again if ever in Vilnius."

"We waited outside and couldn’t check in since there was no one staffed and no one answering the phone. No prior communications from the hotel whatsoever that we had to make arrangements before hand if we were flying in late. Got a room in another hotel for the night around midnight and all was good . "
