"Really beautiful hotel in a great area of town. Rooms were very nice and the hotel was very walkable to all the highlights of the city. The front desk was very helpful through check-in, fulfilling requests, and unfortunately dealing with a very frustrating service at breakfast. Breakfast service was quite disorganized and made for a very poor experience for a 5-star hotel."

"We had a lovely stay, capped off by finding our hotel was a feature on one of our walking tours! It's a very iconic hotel, in an excellent location. Staff very friendly. Our room had a sloping ceiling which was a bit awkward for a tall person. The pool table in a beautiful room is a nice touch. Breakfast was very good - both buffet and from menu."

"Lovely reasonable hotel near the Old Town and everywhere walkable. Really friendly staff especially the lady on reception and the food and restaurant looked good and seemed busy even though we didn’t eat there but had a lovely cocktail. "Most importantly the apartment is situated in the middle of the Old Town surrounded by lots of restaurants and the Iki supermarket is just across the road. On arrival at the gate I was informed that entry was gained by pressing a button inside the gate, no button was obvious as it was behind the lock, I eventually worked it out. There is a severe unmarked trip hazard when entering through the gate. On entering the apartment it was clean but only one of the two beds were made up and the dishwater...
