"Our stay was okay, the room was very cold and took a while to heat up and as we arrived late we would have appreciated an ambient temperature. We were in room 222 and there were blood stains beneath the shower on the floor? The breakfast was good. The leather seats in the lounge have seen better days there was a chuck of leather and foam stuffing out of one if them. The staff seemed nice."

"The Quorn Grange is a very good hotel but the staff are quite short handed. At breakfast there is just one staff member struggling on her own. In the evening, the bar is unattended for lengthy periods. "

The rooms are quite compact but incredibly clean with everything you need. The only thing I really missed was tea/coffee facilities within the room, but it was all free down in the lobby."

"The hotel was okay but I can tell why it is cheap because you have to pay £12 a day parking but discounted to £6 .So this is not good .As I would rather the correct price for the hotel to include parkingand They have 1 single lift that was Broken.So if you could not walk the stairs you had problems"

"Does what it says on the tin. Warm - hugely important in Winter. Welcoming, reception and service were excellent. Good value, rooms clean and well equipped with teas, coffee and toiletries, fantastic shower. Vastly superior and better value and experience than Premier and Travelodge “equivalents’. "
