"The stay was pleasant. At times there was some traffic noise but with the windows closed it was very quiet. I liked the small kitchenette with the microwave, hot plates, and fridge. Makes longer stays much easier. The place was conveniently located near the autobahn to make my travels very easy. "

The pictures of the bathroom on the website are only from the bigger rooms so when we checked in there was only a small square shower. The staff was amazing went out of their way to make my stay there much better. "

"All in all a good place to stay. A quirky policy of requiring a 10 euro security deposit to borrow their umbrella. It seems to me that they should let you borrow it and and charge the fee if you fail to return the umbrella or damage it somehow the staff was friendly and willing to help"

"Our family of four stayed in the family suite that had a king bed and sofa in main area, and then a side bedroom with two twins. It was a great bed arrangement for our family. The bathroom was small and not ventilated nor had a window, and no wash cloths were provided yet towels and hand towels were. The room seemed a bit dated, but it was large (other than small bathroom), clean, and comfortable. It is on one of the main streets in town about a 20-30 minute walk up a hill (not too steep)...

"I stayed five nights and would book again. The location is very pleasant and safe, in a residential area. It is short (5-minute) enjoyable walk to the bus stop. Public transportation is excellent, so all of Mainz is easily accessible. Additionally it is only a 10-minute walk to the Gutenberg university. "Such a quaint and cozy stay. The breakfast buffet is very impressive and only 10€. The staff were super helpful and kind helping us find places and excursions to go on. The only reason its not a 5 star rating is because the showers have low pressure but besides that the hotel is amazing and lovely"
