"The room was mind blowing, very grand, warm and comfortable. Down side was the toilet, shower cupboard that was a poor retro fit in the corner. Although it was spotlessly clean it was just like a plastic cupboard, not in keeping with the rest of the room. very tacky and small. We had to complain two nights about the noise from the room above. Sounded like a kids party or playground that continued after midnight when enough was enough. The night staff did stop it promptly. We had dinner there...

The cafe served excellent food and was reasonably priced but we felt that the restaurant menu wasn't particularly good. The view from our room was superb & the champagne breakfast delivered to our room was a real delight. One if the steam rooms out of order. Large glass door smashed and awaiting repair. Loungers by pool were soggy and stank. Lifts up to the spa all out of order Breakfast was the highlight. Ok hotel but nothing special. "
