"Honestly cannot fault The Pier House. We stayed for one night for a couples getaway and from check in to check out we were so impressed! The lady who checked us in (I’m gutted we didn’t get her name!) was so friendly, explained everything and showed us to our room. We received a complimentary upgrade and our room was beautiful with a harbour view and everything you could need! "What great place to stay - on the Sunny side of the bay. Everyone is so friendly and the staff are exceptionally helpful. With the ferry at your doorstep who needs a car. Left ours at the car park at the top of the village and had an amazing scenic walk down to The Lugger Inn. "

"Roz and Kieth are such a lovely couple who were very welcoming and helpful . We rang earlier in the day and they reserved a parking spot for us free of charge. Parking in Newquay is like gold dust . Room was clean and although on a road with through traffic was quiet . Shower room small but efficient. The bar round the corner called the Lost sells real ale and nice burgers. Breakfast at Invernook was excellent by Kieth and service efficient and friendly by Roz. Would highly recommend thank you "

Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property.
