"This hotel was fantastic and we definitely didn't expect it for the price we paid. It was so clean, the staff were friendly, we had everything we needed, they even gave us complimentary drinks on arrival. Breakfast was amazing as well. We arrived late and went to the restaurant so our son could eat, when we said we really didn't want to eat anything, the staff offered to make us whatever we wanted. They were all so lovely. I hope I get to stay again someday. "

"There is nothing about this hotel you would like. Stay away. Its not what you see in the picture. DIRTY,SMELLY, used to be old holiday inn express. Decor was poor, carpet was dirty, chait in restaurant is dirty and you dont feel like to sit on it. We had no water in the morning and whole of hotel had no water due to leakage in reception. When asked we been told by staff that our boss the owner dont care about customets and condition of yhe hotel. Please stay away. Im not sure company like...

"The staff are super helpful. Laura and everyone helped me figuring out the buses I needed to take. This made my trip so much easier. Thank you. The hotel is 2 blocks from the main train station and many bus stops that take you everywhere in the city. A few blocks from the Piazza San Carlos and the Egiptian museum. Two short blocks from the Roma corso, the main shopping area. Lots of options for food around. The room and bed were small, but clean and comfortable. I would stay again. "
