Since there are no TVs in the rooms, it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop at times. We felt like we had to whisper inside our room. "The whole place felt frozen in time, clean, and definitely on a ‘50s kick. The bed was firm and comfortable, parking easy, grab and go breakfast options convenient (coffee, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt). The jazz playing in the main lounge areas was also cementing the vibe. Of note, the floors do creak and carry vibrations from neighbors, though expectations of this were set up front. "The stay was great! We were dropping our son off at Ithaca college and my brother came as well. There was plenty of room for all of us to be independent and comfortable. The place was so clean, it seemed like we were the first to ever stay there. The coffee shop on-site was also great! We had everything we needed to make a few meals there as well. "

"The Knickerbocker room is beautifully decorated and has been tastefully updated. The bathroom is a really good size. There is also a cute private balcony. The home is very clean and doesn’t have any unpleasant smells that many older homes have. This B&B is close to many attractions in the Finger Lakes region. "A wonderful short girls trip! Close to the state parks, town, cideries and wineries. The property is well maintained inside and out. Inside is clean, comfortable, and has many considerate amenities. The outdoors has many seating areas, a small pond, games, and a fire pit with a much appreciated s'mores kit! An EV charger was also a great surprise!! "
