"Was traveling for business, the team at Penrith Astina Suites; Karen, Holly, Pam were all fantastic. Nothing ever felt like was being asked too much of them, always friendly and willing to assist. Especially when I left an item in my room post-check out, when I came back to the reception later that day, they had it ready for me, I didn't even have to ask!"

"Great place to stay, quiet and clean, convenient for health care facilities in the area. Only minor quibble was the a/c unit was a little noisy, maybe just needed servicing. I'd stay again if I need to be in the area."

"Stayed four nights. The friendly staff made us welcome from the beginning to the end. Our apartment was clean and had all the things we needed. We knew it was not serviced but the lovely cleaning staff provided any extras we needed including clean towels. We left something behind and Punthill reception sent an email and let us know. Staff very honest thank you. We would happily return. "

"I did not like to put the kettle on floor to boil water it need extention cord from power point to top of table, also need second chair to sit on table having your food Maybe better to have small microwave "
