"We came to LG for the hot air balloon festival. The hotel location cannot be beat, especially for the price point. Front desk staff were fantastic. Zero issues on checking in early for what seemed a very busy weekend. Rooms are dated in the “standard” tier. Restaurant food (1 dinner and 1 breakfast) were good for the price. The best part of this hotel is location, location, location and view, view, view. "

"We had a beautiful stay . The only thing I can say if u have to check in late you’re in trouble because the office closes. Luckily my son got there before me and was able to get my and my other sons key to the room . But otherwise it was spotless clean and when I met the staff so kind and courteous . "

"The cottage with 2 bedrooms was a cute tiny cottage. I didn't receive an email for the code to enter the cottage. After 2 phone calls, we did communicate with someone. We asked if we could leave the boat parked, and the person said it would be okay. Appreciative of that! Once inside the cottage, we found no toilet paper at all and had to go to the store. After a 4 1/2 hr drive to get there, we had to hit the road again. My family just slept, took showers and watched tv there. We did not use the...
