"It was fantastic! The room layout was great. I left there and went to a Marriott in Knoxville that has a terrible room lay out, no desk room no dresser drawer space, and a chair that faces the bed. And I can't enjoy any time out of the room because even though the lobby is nice, they Blair the music so loud I can't stay out there. I wish I was back at the Sheraton in Ann Arbor. Thank you for a great stay."

"I loved the spacious rooms and the kitchen area in each room. I also loved the fact that they had great dining options in the breakfast buffet. Housekeeping may need to pay a little bit more attention to detail ...there was a used towel in our room, the glasses didn't look like they were clean... there was a lip stain on two of them. There was hair on the sheets. "

"This hotel was perfect for our needs. We took a last minute road trip to see the Detroit Redwings game. We didn't want to stay downtown but needed a hotel that took our dogs. Front Desk was very welcoming of our family and didn't put us in a "pet" room. I appreciated this as sometimes the destinated pet rooms stink. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again with or without our dogs! "

"For the price and with the customer service, I would certainly stay here again. The rooms were super spacious and the beds were fine. The hotel is obviously old but its clear an effort is made. Customer service was great, staff made an effort to resolve any issues to the best of their ability. The pool is small but the kids still loved it. I will say breakfast was lacking - which I think was most likely due to not being prepaired for the crowds. When we got to breakfast at 8:10am, pretty much...
