"The entire staff was amazing! We had some issues checking in with my debit card coming from the US but Carlos the hotel manager was super patient as I was getting frustrated.. he kept calm and knew that we were going to get it fixed eventually. I will visit again "

"Electrical outlets are very bad located, there is were some floor fan but it is impossible to connect them due to the electrical outlets location. TV just had 1 local channel. Breakfast was ok but it could be improved"

Puntos bajos: Las habitaciones del primer nivel se ven afectadas por el ruido de los empleados en la cocina y área de comedor por los demás huéspedes en hora del desayuno especialmente. El hecho de que hayan bebidas en el refrigerador de la habitación y luego te las cobren (cosa que tampoco nos dijeron al hacer check-in) pues no es de buen ver en realidad, lo ideal es que estén incluidas...
