"Good price and comfortable room. Staff helpful and friendly but some problems encountered with travel from airport. Distance quoted from the airport looks easy to walk but is almost impossible due to roads and the airport itself. The shuttle bus should also run more frequently to assist people getting from the airport - the free bus is not very convenient."

"I spent one night here became it's close to Malpensa Airport. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. I wanted to eat dinner after checking in, but I also wanted to watch a UEFA soccer game. He called a local bar, just to make sure the soccer game was streamed there."
