"Very enjoyable stay. The location is quite good with the tram very close by. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a kettle for hot beverages with cups. Water machines are available each floor, and housekeeping is very good. The staff was very sincere and helpful and made sure my ride to the airport was promptly available. Overall very commendable. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Krakow."
