"I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. "The Upstairs hotel was a very stylish and fun hotel just steps from the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful! One small point is if you do book one of the small/cheap rooms, they aren't easily accessible via the lifts. You will need to go down a couple of flights of stairs which can be tough with heavy luggage. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Ostend!"
