She explained where local attractions were and what to do whilst we are here for our stay. The room was just perfect and the breakfast was pleasant. "Rooms are very small but enough to sleep in. Very easy to hear other guests hence deducting one star for that but otherwise the staff are great. Set across from the beach right on the promenade. Very reasonably priced. Parking is included but can be somewhat challenging if you arrive very late in the evening. All in all a positive experience. "

"We had an absolutely lovely weekend staying at The Royal Oak. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The scenery was breathtaking and we had a lovely view from our room. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. This is a traditional pub, very cosy and again nicely decorated but retaining its traditional charm. The landlord and landlady were extremely helpful. Above all, this is dog friendly accommodation, a must for us. We would definitely stay here again. "
