"Sok Sabay is a beautiful oasis but outside the confines is garbage and skeletons of buildings that were started then abandoned before finished. The restaurant in the resort was a real surprise with Khmer and French influences. Staff can’t do enough for you. "This resort was Soooo nice. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. They upgraded us to one of the dome rooms on the beach which was clean and lovely. Every meal we ate in the restaurant was delicious. The swings and suspended beds out front really were a godsend and were the perfect place to while away the hours on the beach. "Big construction site all around leaving everything covered in dust even the pool. Rooms filthy, no English speakningen staff, so they had to Call somebody from spiralfer eventhoug we had announsed a late arrival at 20pm. We payed for 3 rooms and were promissed a refund, since they only had 2 rooms for us, but it never came."

"What can I say, the Samloem Laguna Resort delivered for me! I visited early November just as the rainy season was finishing, allowing the resort staff to prep outside areas for the upcoming season.
