"This property was convenient for our 10 day visit with our daughter’s family. The first night our room was right above 2 huge rooftop fans loud enough we had difficulty sleeping. Changed rooms the next day with some difficulty. The rooms are very dark and the lighting is only lamps that don’t completely brighten the living room area. The bedroom has enough sunlight to brighten the room. The furnishings are clean but outdated. The bathroom has a tub/shower that is small and somewhat slippery....

"This was the decent hotel for the price. We ended up checking out a day early due to a family emergency, and had booked with a prepaid non-refundable rate. Management was kind and went ahead and refunded us for the night we were unable to stay. "

"We especially liked the good lighting, a couch with footrest, writing desk, small round table, and plenty of chairs. We were in Hot Springs to visit the quartz mines and were glad the room did not have carpet that we might get dirt on. The luxury vinyl flooring was fine. The management has assembled a binder of information that was well-curated and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again."
