The rooms were spacious and amenities including toothbrushes and body wash were provided. There are many taxis driving past outside even early in the morning which is convenient. "great place to stay if you are visiting Chengdu! the hotel is located very close to a metro station (maybe a 5 min walk). the room we booked was a great deal, it had 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. very roomy and comfortable! the room itself was also clean, the beds were comfortable, and in very good condition (not sure when the hotel was last remodeled, but it felt quite new). "When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "
